Academic Tutoring & Support

At Dyslexify, we provide individualized academic support for students with dyslexia, dysgraphia, and written expression challenges, as well as students who struggle with organization and executive functioning.

Our goal is to help students build confidence, independence, and effective learning strategies while strengthening the foundational skills needed for school success.

Academic Support

Students with dyslexia often need structured, explicit instruction to develop strong reading and spelling skills. Our sessions focus on:

  • Structured literacy and phonics-based instruction

  • Reading fluency and comprehension

  • Spelling and word study

  • Building confidence and reducing reading frustration

Instruction is individualized to meet each student’s learning profile and progress.

Written Expression Support

Writing can be especially challenging for students with dysgraphia or difficulties organizing their thoughts on paper. We help students learn strategies that make writing manageable and successful.

Support may include:

  • Sentence and paragraph structure

  • Organizing ideas before writing

  • Spelling and written conventions

  • Editing and revision strategies

  • Assistive technology when appropriate

Students learn how to move from ideas to organized written work with confidence.

Organization & Executive Functioning

Many students with dyslexia and ADHD also struggle with organization, planning, and completing assignments. We provide coaching and practical systems to help students manage school demands.

Areas of focus may include:

  • Assignment tracking and planning

  • Time management strategies

  • Breaking down large projects

  • Study skills and test preparation

  • Building routines that support independence

A Relationship-Centered Approach

At Dyslexify, we believe strong relationships are the foundation of learning. When students feel supported and understood, they are more willing to take risks, try new strategies, and grow as learners.

Our approach focuses on:

  • Encouragement and confidence building

  • Meeting students where they are

  • Celebrating progress and strengthS

We partner with families to help students develop the skills they need to succeed both academically and emotionally.
