Meet the Dyslexify Team

Lesli Evans, M.S, LDT, CALT, QI-T

I am a Licensed Dyslexia Therapist (LDT) and Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) with more than 20 years of experience supporting students with diverse learning needs. I hold certifications in Special Education, General Education, and English as a Second Language, along with a Master’s degree in Psychology.

I have extensive experience collaborating with families, public and private schools, and Special Education attorneys to ensure students receive appropriate, research-based intervention and support. Since 1999, I have successfully helped resolve complex educational concerns through proactive communication, collaborative problem-solving, and compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws, including HB 3928.

My passion is helping children discover their strengths, build confidence, and develop a love for learning. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, four boys, and granddaughter — constant reminders of why this work matters so deeply to me.

Erin Laizerovich, M.Ed, LDT, CALT

I am a Licensed Dyslexia Therapist (LDT), Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT), and Reading Specialist (M.Ed.), dual-certified in Special Education and General Education, alongside an ESL endorsement to support diverse learners.

My passion for dyslexia intervention became personal when my daughter was diagnosed with dyslexia. Through evidence-based instruction, targeted support, and encouragement, I watched her grow from a struggling reader into a confident, successful learner. That journey showed me firsthand that children with dyslexia do not need to be “fixed” — they need the right tools, instruction, and someone who believes in them.

I understand how overwhelming it can feel as a parent when your child is struggling. My goal is to help students build strong literacy skills while restoring the confidence that learning challenges often take away. There is nothing more rewarding than watching a child move from frustration and self-doubt to confidence, fluency, and success.

When I’m not working with students, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son, and daughter — watching them grow into who they are meant to be.
